You will not receive a refund for any previous payments.  Once the service has been fully delivered for the current subscription period, you will not be entitled to any refund for that period, 
  • Service Interruptions and Failures
    If there is any failure to deliver the service (e.g., if the promotion was not executed as agreed), you may be eligible for a refund or adjustment for the undelivered portion of the service. Please contact us within 14 days of the issue to request a resolution.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Right to Cancel

One-off Sale

For social media promotion services that will be delivered within 24 hours, the client has the right to withdraw or cancel service at any time before the start of the promotion. Due to the instant nature of the services we provide, you have no right to withdraw or cancel once the service has started.

Subscription Model

 You have the right to cancel your subscription to our social media promotion services  at any time during the 30-day subscription period. This is a non-contractual subscription, which means you are not bound to any long-term commitment, and you may withdraw from the service at any time.

7.2 Cancellation Before Service Commences
